Triple8 Associates Corporate Housing Division makes it easy for you to find the right temporary housing to fulfill your needs. We are dedicated to provide you custom short-term housing in properties or developments that meet your short term goal either because you are being job transferred or visiting Las Vegas from Canada to relax. We will provide floor plans, images, amenities list and a map to be assured of the location most convenient.
Please review our Rental Process:
- View the Triple8 Listing/Property
- Download Rental Application and Fill Out Completely
- Submit a completed application and Pay Online using $45 application fee per adult (cashiers check or money order)
- Application is processed
- Application is accepted, declined by Owner(s).
- If your application is declined Triple8 will contact you and send you a letter stating the reason and how to get Free credit report.
- If your application was accepted, you will be sent a lease to sign and to leave a holding deposit.
- The date of your move-in you will be asked for a cashiers money order for the balace due in full before keys, remotes, etc are delivered. You will be given access to download or a copy of the executed lease upon move-in.
We have homes, condos, high rise units, and lofts for lease all around the Las Vegas Valley. We can recommend specific properties based on your rental criteria, price range and term of lease. There are phenomenal units on the Las Vegas Strip that are available for short term furnished housing or longer term leases if you prefer. Contact us to start the process of moving to Las Vegas.
If you are coming to Las Vegas for an extending period either on business or for please, we can send you info on utilities, and the general Las Vegas area to assist you in getting familiar with Vegas before you arrive.
