Our application process is very simple and easy if you are in Las Vegas or relocating to Las Vegas. If you have any questions please contact us.
- Fill out and Submit Signed Rental Application (Two Adults 18 years or older per Form)
- Submit Copies of Current Paycheck Stub or (3) Months Bank Statements if Self-Employed
- Submit Payment $45 per Adult (Paypal)
- Once all of the above is received we will process your application. Be sure you choose the correct amount of adults when processing your payment. This application fee is non-refundable.
